Wallet Refund Policy
When refunds are issued
Refunds are processed after cancellation and an account review.
Timeline
5–10 business days after your cancellation is confirmed.
Only unused funds are returned
The balance remaining in your wallet at the time of cancellation is eligible for refund.
Completed work is deducted
Any work already performed will be deducted from your wallet balance before the refund is issued.
Pay as you go offers flexibility, but most clients choose our full service program for simplicity and overall value.
