Refund Policy

AltoCredit Advisors is committed to our client’s success every step of the way. We value our commitment to our clients. At AltoCredit, we are a no contract company. We want our clients to feel comfortable when allowing us to be apart of this momentous event.

•Any funds collected after the initial Credit Review and before our first letters of investigations are sent out will receive a full refund from the first work fee.

•Any client who cancels service before the beginning of the next round of investigations will not be charged the following month.

Our Client Satisfaction Guarantee policy

AltoCredit Advisors is committed to our clients success in our program. Our programs are designed to provide direction to our clients to achieve their credit solutions. While we cannot guarantee results as they may vary case by case, we want to guarantee our clients with guidance and direction throughout our program.

•Any client who does not have any deletions within the first three rounds of service will receive the following three rounds of at no cost. Each case will be escalated to a senior advisor and a decision will be made.
